Who is responsible for your data
This website, vitali-industrial.com, is operated by Vitali Industrial, based at Calle Thomas Alva Edison, 10, Polígono Industrial La Campana, 38109 El Rosario, Canarias, Spain. You can reach us by phone on +34 922 681 223 or by email at vitali@vitalicapital.com. The site forms part of the Vitali group, which advises on industrial premises and land in the Canary Islands.
What this policy covers
vitali-industrial.com is a static information site. It has no contact form, login, account area or e-commerce. We do not ask you to submit personal data to browse it. The only personal data the site itself processes is what we describe under analytics below. Live property listings are managed separately on vitalicapital.com, which runs under its own privacy terms.
Analytics, and only with your consent
We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand in aggregate how
the site is used. These tools run under Google Consent Mode v2 and stay disabled until you
accept them. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject analytics. We
store your choice in a first-party cookie named vitali_consent so we do not ask
again on every page.
If you reject, or simply ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. If you accept, Google may process limited usage data (such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP, device and browser type) to produce anonymous, aggregated statistics. We do not use this data to identify you personally or to build advertising profiles.
The lawful basis for this processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw
it at any time by clearing the vitali_consent cookie in your browser, which makes
the banner appear again on your next visit.
How long we keep data
The vitali_consent cookie is kept so we can remember your choice; you can delete
it whenever you want. Aggregated analytics data is retained for the period set in our Google
Analytics configuration and is not linked back to you as an individual.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing. Where you have given consent, anonymous analytics data is processed by Google as our service provider, which may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards Google provides (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). We do not share data with any other third party for our own purposes.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details at the top of this policy.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data-protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), at www.aepd.es (opens an external website).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our tools or the law change. The date shown above reflects the latest review. Significant changes will be published on this page.
