Tenerife’s industrial estates, mapped area by area
If you are sourcing a warehouse or industrial plot from abroad, the first decision is location. This guide sets out the island’s twenty industrial estates across five working areas, so you can match an operation to the right corridor before you shortlist units.
South
6 estatesThe motorway-and-airport corridor — logistics, distribution and showroom-led trade serving the resort south.
South-east
2 estatesThe Güímar valley: the island’s agrifood and light-production heartland on the TF-1.
Metropolitan area
4 estatesSanta Cruz and El Rosario, next to the main port — heavy production and quayside logistics.
Metropolitan area (north side)
2 estatesLa Laguna and Tegueste, near Tenerife North airport — mixed-use and small-unit production.
North
6 estatesThe Orotava valley to Isla Baja: agro-industry, an emerging logistics axis and serviced land in the pipeline.
Before you shortlist
- Which industrial estate is best for international logistics?
- For Atlantic and port-led logistics, Costa Sur sits on the Santa Cruz quay, while Granadilla pairs a new deep-water port with the south airport.
- Are units available across every estate listed here?
- No. Most estates are established with units that come up regularly. La Yegua is serviced land still in development, and Los Naranjeros has no live stock yet — both are listed for context.
- Do you only cover Tenerife?
- This area guide maps the twenty estates of Tenerife. Our group also operates across the wider Canary Islands; ask us about premises on the other islands.
